RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Maintaining computer networks including VPNs, routers and other physical hardware, Installing and configuring network equipment
Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected
Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems
Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
Implementing disaster recovery procedures
Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven hands-on network engineering experience
CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work IT team to ideate software solutions majorly on CRM
Design requirement-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Configuring technical API’s
Write technical documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

Should have knowledge on hosting & dedicated server hosting (GoDaddy & Google/Cloud applications)
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Experience developing desktop and (mobile applications is an added advantage)
Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Hands on experience in PHP
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React JS)
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

US/UK Experience is must at least one year in voice process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Selling products and services using solid rebuttals to prospective customers.
Performing cost-benefit analyses on existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customers through email leads (Warm Leads) and inbound calls (Hot Leads).
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Relevant industry/domain expertise in sales or Customer service for one or more industry verticals.
All these responsibilities to be performed on an Inbound queue & Outbound calls (Night Shifts).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Sales Rep.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Should be from a Sales Background
Min 1-2 years’ experience in US Call Centre / Voice Process (Night Shift)
Graduates with minimum 1 year work experience.
